Camps/Clinics
Below is /are emails or other information I received from several Universities/Teaching Academies and want to share with all softball enthusiasts.
I do this as a service to Chicago ASA players, have no pecuniary interest therein.
As you may know,I generally make no recommendation, whether it be positive or otherwise, as to camps and clinics. Just putting the information out there.
Registration for the Flames Fall Softball Camps is now available.
Individuals have the option to select from the fall hitting clinics, hosted by Brooke Monroe for players ages 8-18, or the catching clinic, where head coach Michelle Venturella will teach fundamentals of the catcher's position to those aged 8-18.
Interested participants can find more information through the Flames Softball Camps page at www.uicflames.com or by viewing the attached information to this email (scroll to the bottom).

2010 Metro Tournaments:
10U "A'"/"B" and 12U Joliet July 9-11
14 U Joliet/Romeoville July 2-5
16 and 18U Lemont July 8-11
12U through 18U "B" Glen Ellyn July 9-11
Please note: depending upon the amount of teams entered, the 16 & 18U "A" most likely will begin Thursday the 8 of July, with game playing ALL DAY FRIDAY, the 9th
ASA and Bollinger Insurance, through the Individual Registration Program, have increased the Liability Coverage to $5,000.000, from $2,000,000 with NO additional cost to subscribers/members.
To register your team with ASA and Chicago Metro, and obtain Insurance, please go to: www.RegisterASA.com, and follow the simple instructions.
Also, remember that all teams that register and purchase their insurance through www.RegisterASA.com, have their Annual Registration fee waived.
